When I started my career in real estate, nearly 25 years ago, I was a surfer who's big dream was Selling Real Estate. I knew that creating meaningful connections and relationships within the community was important, so I started walking neighborhoods and knocking on doors getting to know as many people as I could.
The hard work paid off when my community grew to know and trust me for my work ethic and consistency in building genuine relationships. A few years and a lot of learning later, I opened my own brokerage which grew into three offices.
I can now look back and realize that I achieved my dream of successfully selling Real Estate. I also recognize that my passion goes well beyond closing sales. For buyers and sellers, the strong and trusting relationship is of utmost importance. For Real Estate Agents, paying forward my 24 years of sales experience and 20 years as a Managing Broker is truly important to me. Teaching new and seasoned agents all aspects of the RE business, helping agents find that drive to be successful, and sharing my methods for attaining goals is so rewarding.
